En-suite in modern house in Dalston

I'm moving out in November and my room will be available from 4th of November

1) The house and its location:

We rent the house from the ground floor to the roof:

- Ground floor : huge open-plan living room (including a fully-equipped kitchen and a spacious living area) with French windows giving access to the terrace/garden, which is the perfect place for enjoying the sun and summer drinks!
- 1st floor : two bedrooms and a spare single bedroom use for friends and family and laundry room
- 2nd floor : two bedrooms including yours

The house is ideally located in a very quiet residential street between Dalston Junction and London Fields (10min walk each)

2) The room :

Your room has its en-suite bathroom and is fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, nightstands, mirrors and drawers.

3) Us :

You will be sharing the house with three girls: Sandra, Cecile and Rachel.

All aged 33/35 we work in fashion/beauty and have been living in London for the last few years.

The house remains relatively quiet as we are all hard-working and committed to our jobs.

4) YOU :

- Open minded, sociable, tidy and used to living with other people.
- Happy to enjoy dinners with us (but not a party house)
- Willing to chip in with the different "tasks" required to keep the house neat and tidy and a nice place to live!

- Professional preferred
- No pets
- Smoking inside is not allowed

5) COST :

- Rent £975/month
- Bills / services : circa £100-120/month (include : electricity, gas, water, heating, TV licence, council tax, internet, bi-weekly cleaning lady) (varies month to month)
- Deposit : £975
- We deal directly with the landlady so no agency fees!
