Located on the 1st floor of our 3 storey, bright and clean home, the room is a good sized double with a double bed and huge built-in wardrobes and of course the amazing en-suite. (Potential to add and remove furniture as desired.)

The rest of the house consists of:

GROUND FLOOR - open plan kitchen/diner/lounge, a large downstairs toilet and garden. We have plenty of houseplants, nice furnishings and art on the walls….as well as a pet snail.

FIRST FLOOR- Two double bedrooms inc this one available.

TOP FLOOR - Large family bathroom and three further double bedrooms.

Large accessible attic for storage.

We have a cleaner who comes twice a month to do all the shared spaces, but we keep the place clean and tidy in the meantime.

Bills are £150/month because LIFE.

Housemates left include x2 guys (35, 41) and x2 girls (33, 35). We've got a great vibe and like to hang out, go for runs, cook, drink, holiday and watch movies together. We'd love some new blood that will want to get involved, keep the place looking nice and create a good atmosphere. 30+ only please!
