Double room let in Dalston Junction

A 2-floor flat near Dalston Junction and Canonbury (overground) or an 18 min walk from Highbury & Islington (if you need the Victoria line). I have a bike, and I can get most places within 20 minutes. My favourite bakery is a 9 minute walk - the Dusty Knuckle, YUM.

I'm escaping over the winter so sub-letting my room anytime from 20 December to 15 March 2020.

The rent is below market-rate, because my flatmate owns the flat, so you'll barely be be paying above cost price. It is £630 per month including utilities.

It's a wonderful flat, which is why I don't want to let it go permanently! Amazing hot pressure shower, decorated Amazonian jungle style.....It is super quiet at night, really clean, warm over winter, a super comfortable mattress. All the things you want in a house! My flatmate is really considerate, quiet, and works from home in the living space. You are a 5 minute walk from Sainsburys and Tesco (for grocery shopping).
