The house is in a perfect location on De Beauvoir road, close to lots of great pubs, a 5min walk to Dalston Junction Station (Overground) or Dalston Kingsland, convenient bus routes, and only a 20min walk to Angel.
Rent is £808 per month, with an additional £150-£200 for bills. The room is available now and we would ideally want someone to move in on or before the 19th January. The room is furnished with a bed, cupboard, chest of drawers, and bedside table.
Preference is for someone social and respectful.
