We live in a beautiful, spacious, split-level flat on the top two floors of the building. The flat is south-facing so gets all the sunshine, especially on the 13m long roof terrace which is a real treat all year round with views for miles.

One of the best things about the flat is that there is a bathroom for each bedroom meaning you never have to wait for a shower! We also have a large living area with a high ceiling and loads of natural light. We're right next to Dalston Junction with the station and shops 1 minute away.
There is also a bike shed available if you own a bike.

There are two rooms available, the first is already unoccupied with the second free from 5 December onwards.

Room 1: £900 per month bills included (this room is in the pictures)
Cosy but spacious double room with private bathroom. Comes with double bed (ottoman style meaning loads of storage), wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Room 2: £1050 per month bills included
Large double room with en suite shower room and direct access to terrace. Comes with king-sized bed, wardrobe and bedside table.

Your future flatmates
We are Melody and Ollie. We own the flat and live in the upstairs bedroom. Ollie likes to refer to himself as an Ice Cream Empresario as he has a business that sells vegan ice cream. Melody is a designer and has her own business. We are very friendly and laid back, we like cooking, seeing friends and nerding out on board games.

What we are looking for
Some nice, tidy and chilled out flatmates.

We are advertising the rooms on a short term basis to the end of March 2021 but could extend depending on how things go in the New Year.
