Double room in gated courtyard on the canal

I am looking for a professional to share my flat.

The room is 4 x 4 meters.
It comes semi furnished, with a new matress, bed, lights etc.. and more if needed.

The flat has broadband, amazon, washing machine and underfloor heating.
The kitchen is fully equipped.

The flat is on the ground floor of a gated and secure courtyard which continues as far as Kingsland basin.
We have secure bike locks within the building.
It is a quiet courtyard and flat.

The flat is close to shops and good late shops, walking distance to the city and a 10 mins train ride to Highbury from Haggerston station (3 min away)

I am a garden designer, so the house is full of plants.
I am tidy, clean, like to socialise quite a lot but also love staying in some days.
I have two lovely kittens (very friendly, house and litter trained).

I am looking for someone quiet and fun,
Happy to have guests around and be respectfull of each other.

The bills are around £180-£200/month max (council tax, water, electricity, gaz, broadband and tv licence)
