Ensuite room in amazing flat - Sublet (6 mth+)

Hello!

I am sub-letting my much loved room in an amazing brand new modern flat in Dalston/De Beauvoir, as I'm spending the reminder of the year back in my home town in Scotland.

The flat is on the top floor of a brand new 3 story building, tucked between Dalston and De Beauvoir. It had an open plan kitchen/diner/living room, opening out to a Massive south facing balcony. There is a bike room on the ground floor you will have access to, and 9 other flats in the building - everyone is around the same age and really friendly. It is a really beaut place to live.

The room is really big and has a huge en-suite bathroom. There are built in mirrored wardrobes, loads of light and it will be sub-let fully furnished (see photos.) The room is tucked away down a corridor, and the whole flat is super quiet and peaceful at night.

You will be sharing with my dreamy Scottish housemate/friend Ava - 28 year old working in Events co-ordinating. She's super sociable and friendly, and always up for a wine/tv-binge, though equally we all very much enjoy our own space and are super respectful of one another in the house. The flat is a 3 bed - with the 3rd room currently also up for long term rent from July - so there will two of you joining the flat.

The room will be sub-let for around 6 months (+ potentially longer -negotiable) and available from end June/beginning July.
Rent is £1150 + bills.
There will be a security deposit of £600, which will be paid back when you leave.
