Sublet in Friendly Dalston Flat

I’m looking for a summer subletter to take my room in a friendly, warm home in Dalston, close to London Fields and Ridley Road. The room is available 22 July to 4 October. Can be flexible on moving dates if needed but ideally looking for someone who would stay the majority of this time.

The star of this place is a sweeping garden (23 metres long!) with luscious greenery, wood fire pit and an outdoor set, perfect for drinks and relaxing in the sun. It’s a 4-bedroom, double-storey place with a kitchen and open plan living area, and 1.5 bathrooms. Your bedroom would be the front room upstairs which is light and spacious with lots of storage if you need it! There is a desk and chair if you’re working from home.

The house is 3 mins walk to Hackney Downs station, 5 mins walk to Hackney Central station, 8 mins walk to Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations and is well connected by buses.

A bit about the flatmates: you’d be living with Maya, Saaira and Pretty, all aged 27-30 and working in 9-5 jobs. Everyone is working remotely at the moment but that might change. It’s a friendly and social flat and the flatmates often go out for a drink or have dinner together, which you would be welcome to join.

Rent is 800 a month (can be worked out on a pro rata basis depending on exact dates). This includes bills and a cleaner once a fortnight.
