Lovely Bright Double in Dalston N16 from 04/11

Hello! We are three gals aged 26-30 and we have a lovely bright double room available in our four bed Dalston flat from 4th November

The flat:
A great sized double with plenty of space for additional furniture like a desk or clothes rail (size is 2.70m x 3.50m)
East facing window so lovely and bright most of the day
Comes furnished with the bed, mattress and wardrobe
Large living/dining room
Good sized balcony overlooking a quiet communal garden
Two bathrooms (both with showers) so never any clashes!
Listed 1940’s block with high ceilings
Situated on a quiet road with not a lot of road traffic
Accessibility: while there is step free access into the building unfortunately the flat is not completely step free
We also don’t have anywhere to store bikes inside the flat.

About us:
You’d be sharing with Amaani, Bess and Jess, working in fashion design, the NHS and tv respectively. We all do a mix of office/WFH
We’re all into similar things like watching tv, charity shopping, music, plants, souvenir fridge magnets, discourse around the dire state of dating apps and general mooching about
We’re quite a chill flat so are looking for someone with a similar vibe. We hang out together and watch tv/have a good chat etc but at the same time respect each other’s space (spareroom cliche haha massive ick but true!)
We are a mix of veggie/flexi/meat eater but have lived with vegetarians and vegans before
It should go without saying but we are an inclusive and LGBTQ+ friendly flat!

Travel/amenities:
8 min walk to Dalston Kingsland overground
10 min walk to Dalston Junction overground
1 min walk to local supermarket
8 min walk to various big supermarkets
Pretty much anything you could need within a 10 min walk like Boots, Argos etc!
Super well connected in terms of buses, with routes going towards Angel, Kings Cross, Oxford Circus, Waterloo, Liverpool Street, Finsbury Park and London Bridge to name a few all within 5 mins walk.

The area:
Dalston is a great area and we all really enjoy living here - aside from being super well connected (see above!) there are plenty of great coffee shops, restaurants, charity shops and independent shops nearby. Uber Eats also has great options!
We’re a short walk away from green spots like Newington Green and Clissold Park.

The details:
You will be joining us on a new year long contract from 4th November
We are looking for someone that has a view to stay long term - we have all lived here between 2-4 years!
Available from 4th November, you are welcome to move in later but the rent must be paid from this date.
Rent: £812.50 pcm
Deposit: £750
Bills come to around £95 a month (council tax band D)
We each contribute £5 a month to a house kitty for shared/household products
The flat is let as a whole so you will be joining us on the contract
It’s managed by an agency and will require the usual referencing etc checks.
