I am currently in the process of signing a lease for a terraced house on De Beauvoir Road in N1.

It's a 4 bed in one of the most beautiful parts of London, with a spacious garden perfect for BBQing, wooden-flooring in all the rooms, an amazing light-flooded kitchen and living room, and good transport links to the Overground. The house is a real gem at an affordable price in a great location. We would be able to get the flat for September 1, and flexibility for a room to be free in August.

One bedroom has been taken. The 3 bedrooms that are available come unfurnished and fits a double bed comfortably, has LOTS of storage space and nice East/West-facing windows with view of the garden or street.
