THE FLAT

Modern, bright and very spacious with large balcony (east & north facing) situated on the 2nd floor of a gated new build residential development. Contemporary furnishings in a large open plan kitchen/living space with plenty of room to prep food, eat and relax. There is a bike store inside the gated complex however bikes can also be stored inside the flat.

There is a third smaller bedroom that has been converted into study/WFH space, which I occasionally use however the use of this separate study for the tenant can be arranged if required.

I am a 36 year old architect from London who goes to the office on a daily basis. I’m pretty active and enjoy making the most out of being based in this part of town and often enjoy getting out on the bike on the weekends.

Ideally I would like someone who’s easy going and sociable who participates in keeping the communal areas of the flat clean and tidy.

Located on a quiet residential street just off of Kingsland Road/Stoke Newington High St, this flat is within a gated complex in close proximity to a vast array of shops, cafes, organic grocery stores, bars and an abundance of restaurants. The area is very well connected with Dalston Kingsland Overground Station just a 5 minute walk away, Dalston Junction (7 mins) plus the many bus routes available on the nearby high street.
