Large Double Room for rent.. Bills included

Hey…We are looking for a flatmate from 1st of November. We have a bright large spacious open plan living room/kitchen and a large double bedroom with excellent lighting. You would be sharing a bathroom with one of the housemates. The other has his own en-suite.
All bills are included and we also have a cleaner who comes twice a month for three hours each time to do the deep clean.

The building is ideally located and is close to all local shops (groceries, pubs, cafes, restaurants) and other amenities in Kingsland Road. All transport links to the central the west end are within 5-10 mins walk.
