Very Large Double En-suite in Central Dalston Flat

Hi there, my current flatmate is moving out so the main bedroom (en-suite double room) in the flat has become available!

The room is very airy, bright, and large (enough space for a WFH set up, if necessary) with excellent storage. The room is furnished with a double bed, some drawers, and two night tables (the bed has built-in storage underneath, and there is also a built-in wardrobe). You would also have an en-suite bathroom which has a mirror with a built-in Bluetooth speaker, sink, a shower, and toilet.

The flat is very large for two people, and the communal lounge/kitchen backs onto a private garden that is great to hang out in. The kitchen is very well- stocked and you would be welcome to enjoy the TV, sofa, and library I have invested in. Other amenities include: washer/dryer in a separate cupboard, Nespresso machine & frother, AppleTV (you would be welcome to use my Netflix/Amazon Prime/Disney+/NBA League Pass as you wish)!

The location of the flat is absolutely sublime and one of the reasons I’ve lived in it so long! It’s on the ground floor of a secure development that is around the corner from Kingsland Road. You can walk to Liverpool Street/Shoreditch within 30 minutes, and you can be at London Fields within 20. You have your choice of food shops at your doorstep (Tesco, M&S, Sainsbury’s, Co-op, and Aldi stores are all within a 5-minute walk), and you are a 2-minute walk from either Dalston Junction or Dalston Kingsland Overground stations. The bus links are also fantastic - if you desire to go to Canary Wharf, the 277 starts across the road, and there are bus stops with routes to London Bridge, Soho, Islington, Finsbury Park, and Tottenham) around either corner.

Bills normally come to around £200 pp depending on the month.

I have lived in the flat for almost 8 years and have made it a home. I am 32 and work in TV/music (I WFH 3 days/week, and work in the office for 2/week). I am originally from America but have grown up here and enjoy watching sports, going to the gym, cooking, playing games, cleaning, singing, gardening, watching TV, music, and baking cookies. I’m looking for someone who would also make the flat their home and take care of it, and would enjoy the occasional night of wine drinking and conversation but I also enjoy my space and quiet.
