Long term house share looking for new housemate, ideally over 35.

Living with three house mates (2 women, 1 gay guy) who all work during the week but hang out/socialise occasionally at weekends. Working from home is possible, and there are lots of nearby co-working spaces.

The house has a lovely garden, and separate living room/kitchen/ dining rooms.

The area is perfect for London living, being close to central London with good transport links as well as being situated down the road from the wonders of haggerston/hoxton/hackney/Islington.

Rent including bills is approx 1100 with a £720 bond payable to the leaving tenant but then held by the landlord on the dps scheme.

The room is mostly unfurnished, some furniture may be available from leaving tenannt and is available from the 1st November..
