Description
One of our lovely housemates is sadly leaving for new pastures and we are looking for a new housemate who want a real homely vibe to share this beautiful home.
About me: I live in Dalston area for the last 8 years since I truly believe it is the coolest place to live in London 😊 and I love the diversity here. I am an HR professional working in an international company, and I work from home 2 days a week. Apart from meeting with friends and family during the weekend, I enjoy going to exhibitions, galleries, plays, watching series and documentaries, playing tennis and walks near the canal or London Fields/Victoria Park.
About House: It is relatively a new building (15 years old) in a very popular location (5 minutes from Dalston Junction, 7 minutes to London Field and Broadway Market).
The house is fully furnished with a shared living room, open plan kitchen (including a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, oven, fridge/freezer, large dining table), big garden -great for gatherings and breakfast when the weather is nice- and shared bathroom (shared by 2 people since the third room has an en-suite)
We also have a robot vacuum cleaner and smart home device (Alexa) in living room 😊
About bedroom: Bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and a separate working space outside the bedroom.
Bills are monthly £190 per person including (electricity, gas, water, broadband, tv licence, council tax, Netflix, cleaner - twice a month)
