Double Furnished Room - Available March 2025

After 3.5 years living in this gorgeous flat I’m now buying my own place and need to leave 💔 so looking for someone to fill my room.

We have a large, 2 bedroom flat in Dalston, with a private balcony and four communal roof terraces. 24/7 concierge and high speed wifi included within the rent. Floor plan in photos - smaller bedroom is available. Currently both of us work from home a couple of days a week so there’s plenty of room for two people to have separate work areas in the flat / bedrooms (the pictures don’t show the whole room).

The available bedroom is a double, fully furnished bedroom. All rooms have floor to ceiling windows and there is a large bathroom with bath and shower.

Secure, underground cycle storage and underfloor heating throughout the flat as well as washing machine / tumble dryer / dishwasher.

The apartment complex has a good community and they run a residents’ book club and host free yoga sessions for residents in the gym downstairs.

All furnishings in the photos are included.

Lots of cafes, bars, restaurants and pubs nearby and a 10 minute walk from London Fields. There’s also a wine bar and CrossFit gym on the ground floor of the building. Within a 7 minute walk of Dalston Junction, Dalston Kingsland and Hackney Downs stations so it’s easy to get anywhere. There’s also a bus stop a 2 minute walk away.

The flat mate I’m leaving behind is the best housemate I have ever shared a home with (and I’ve lived with different housemates over the past 12 years). She is clean, tidy, friendly, kind and after meeting on spare room 2.5 years ago, we have become great friends.

The room is available from March 2025 (if you have a specific date in mind please let me know and I can see if this can be arranged). Late February or early April move dates also considered.

Bills are not included in the £1,250 rental price and these work out to about £145 per person, per month.

I hope whoever takes my room loves this place as much as I’ve loved it the past few years. It really is such a wonderful place to live.
