My flatmate is moving out to move in with her boyfriend, so am looking for someone to fill her bright airy room here in dalston.

Rent (which includes water) - £1065
Bills (gas, electric) - £30-40 each
Council tax - £96 each
Internet - £22.50 each

Move in: available from the 1st November, although flexible if really need be

Very conscious that finding a room can be stressful, so want to be super easy for everyone. Introduce yourself! I’ll be hosting viewings w/c 13th October, so please let me know your availability.

Our place is an absolute find. It’s a huge, bright, late 19th century warehouse converted into a two bedroom flat. The shared living space is an open plan kitchen, dining, living room w/TV. We’re south-facing with a lovely balcony. Building is very friendly. There’s actually a shared building what’s app group a bit like a village notice board, which is lovely. The flat is fully furnished by myself and comes with all kitchen stuff your heart could ever want. The room is unfinished, with a mattress and clothes rail - so a complete blank canvas. We also have friendly onsite security.

I am a 34 year old Brit who currently works as an EA and loves travelling, photography, socialising, cooking and seeing friends.

I’m looking for someone who wants to make the place a home. It’s honestly such a great flat and have had so much fun here, so am keen for someone who wants to equally enjoy it as much as I have.

It’s an 8min walk to Dalston overgrounds, and takes around 35mins-ish to get to Oxford Circus. It’s just off the road from all the bars/pubs of Dalston high street.
