🎨🌞 sublet in De Beauvoir house w/garden

Hi! I have a room available from August 1st - 26th. Has an easel and a desk to work at, plus gets great sunlight in the afternoon and evening. The house has a big garden, great for lounging on hot days and avoiding London Fields chaos. Also has two bathrooms, so you’d be sharing your bathroom with one other person.

Perfect for anyone looking for somewhere central to stay in London short term, whilst also maybe getting some work done or enjoying summer weather when it rolls around.

I’ll be replying to messages tomorrow and Friday, and organising viewings for Mon/Tue.

You’d be sharing with Becky, Ange and Chloë who are all lovely, clean and easy to get on with. We also have a cat, Seb.

The room is on the ground floor so I’m also looking for someone trustworthy and conscientious (for safety the window can’t be left open for longer than roughly 10min if you’re not in the room / plus the window has to be locked if you leave the house). The street is lovely and quiet, just need to be a little careful.

We’re two minutes from Dalston Junction, Kingsland Road and De Beauvoir, and five minutes walk from Dalston Kingsland, the big Sainsbury and Haggerston station.
