Flat mate wanted

A furnished double bed room with a personal bathroom in a fully furnished flat in Dalston. It has a large open plan kitchen/living room with a balcony the spans the lentght of the property and a courtyard in the middle of the block! It is 25 meters from the main highstreet which has bus routes to central London in minutes. Two tube stations 3 minutes away with the overground, with great connections to town in under 20 minutes! It is situated in a great area where lots is always happening with some gorgeous parks really close by! The street itself is really nice and residential and you forget your in London! Bills are not included.

I am looking for a flat mate who keeps regular hours, shares communal responsibilities and is happy to use and leave the communal spaces respectfully. I enjoy sharing my space with friends and family throughout the year. I am not a smoker and value this lifestyle.
