Double room available in friendly flat

Hey everyone,

We are a flat of 3 people - myself, Finn, Sarah, - who have just moved to the Dalston area and are looking for a new roomie to join us in our new home.

Ideally, looking for a male roomie to keep the balance!

We are all from Scotland, easy going and enjoy post work dinner/movie/gym and exploring London on the weekends. It's a great atmosphere, nice and chilled.

The House...

3 good sized bedrooms, all with double beds, one bathroom, and an open plan kitchen/ living room with a TV, PlayStation, mini library and selection of board games (if you can handle the competition).

The kitchen is fully fitted with all the gadgets including a washing machine, soda stream, air fryer, toastie machine and juicer.

The room available is a double room, with loads of storage space and a view onlooking the street.

It's on a great street, 1 min from the main road where conveniently there is a bus stop! (Great for winter and lazy mornings!) Dalston Kingsland is roughly a 10-minute walk away, and there is an Aldi, Tesco Express and a phenomenal selection of restaurants and pubs we are dying to try!

Rent does not include bills (have only just set everything up but expecting it to come in around £100pp) and the deposit is payable as soon as you accept the room.
