Hiya, looking for a decent person to Flatshare in Dalston.

The Flat is a a nice part of Dalston just behind is London Fields and is 1 min walk to Hackney Downs station which takes you straight into Liverpool Street. Also 5 min walk to either Hackney Central overground or Dalston Junction overground. Also has own private parking with locked gates, so perfect for someone who drives.

Looking for clean, friendly tennant who likes cats and dogs as i have a cat called Bonny and a puppy called Lakshmi.

Looking for long term tenant only, at least 1 year long.

Flat is a Victorian style 3 story building, with garden at the front, own parking at the rear.
Good size room with great light, just painted and has new wood flooring, but feel free to decorate in your style.

I am a psychologist and work with street homeless people. I also study at weekends. I'm pretty laid back and easy to talk with, it's nice to share the space with someone who is friendly, laid back and kind. I would like the tenant to feel that we share the flat and feel at home. Not to feel that I'm the landlord and they can't use the space as they like.

I am very into spiritual practice and would prefer someone who also is into yoga/meditation

The flat has new kitchen anc bathroom just fitted.
