Huge double room in Haggerston w/ en-suite

Hey there, we’re Shreya and Hannah. We’re looking for a third housemate to join us in our lovely flat in Haggerston around mid August.

We’re 28 and 30, and our current housemate is moving out so we need someone to replace her.

We want a fun housemate who’s clean, tidy and respectful, wants to hang out, but also has their own thing going on too.

(Basically, come and drink wine/gin and add to our record and plant collection).

The available room is the is the largest in the flat, with a huge wardrobe, an en-suite and access to the balcony. Rent is £1250 and bills usually work out at £150 on top currently.

⁃ We’re right by the canal and 5 mins from Haggerston Park and the Overground. Also a lovely 20 min canal walk from Angel, and super close to Shoreditch
- London Fields and Victoria Park are both nearby too
⁃ There’s a ridiculous amount of great places to eat, cool cocktail bars, and pubs within walking distance
