Double Room in Dalston (~5 month Availability)

Double bedroom in house share in Dalston. Available for ~5 months from end of November.

The room is bright with big windows, has an ottoman bed and a small built in wardrobe. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

The desk and clothes rack in picture 4 are available for you to use, but if you'd prefer not having them, that is fine, let us know.

There is a large open plan living room/kitchen space with a kitchen island and projector mounted into the ceiling. The paved garden space is used more in a summer obviously, but at the moment used more as a workout area.

The house is really well connected, being a 5 minute walk to both Dalston Junction and Kingsland, a 15 minute walk to the Hackney Central and Downs, and good bus links also. It's a 3 minute walk to a big Sainsbury's.

A bit about us:
We are two half Chinese half English brothers, Paul works in data and tech and Charlie works in environmental consultancy. Paul is currently founding a startup and in his spare time like to exercise and see friends. Charlie is an avid climber, and you'll find him producing music after a days work.

We’re pretty easy going and clean, like to hang out together, eat dinner in the evening. Looking for someone to add to our chilled house.

We generally don't stay up late partying or playing loud music.
