Looking for someone to sublet my room Feb - March while I'm away for work 👩🏻‍💻
Can be flexible on dates but I'll be gone for about 4 weeks from early feb

The room:
furnished double bedroom with a beaut en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobe, desk, huge windows, and a door out to the balcony.
Rent is £1100 per month and that includes all bills ☺️

The flat:
Top floor (dw there's a lift) 2 bed flat with a modern open plan kitchen/living area and a big balcony.
2 minutes walk to Dalston Kingsland station, 5 to Dalston Junction and there are buses to literally everywhere just outside the door.
We're also lucky enough to have every shop you could ever need less than 5 min walk from the apartment 🤩

You'll be living with my 10/10 flatmate, she's 29 and works in the creative industry.
We usually keep it pretty chilled during the week, at the gym, cooking at home, or out with friends, and we like to keep busy on weekends.

Looking to find someone on a similar vibe who would be up for dinners or a trip to the pub sometimes, but also have your own thing going on ☺️
