Double in charming Dalston house share

Cosy double room available in a lovely three bedroom house share, 5 minutes walk from Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations.

The best thing about this place is probably the spacious and airy living room, with two large floor-to-ceiling windows that let lots of light in, and overlook a row of beautiful townhouses with a lovely pub on the corner.

Sharing with two girls, one who’s from London and works in tech, the other from New York and is doing a neuroscience phD. Looking for someone clean, tidy and sociable to fill the third room.

The bills and council tax aren’t included and come to about £120 per month. There is no garden but it’s a 15 minute walk to London Fields which is probably my favourite park in London, perfect for summer.

The room is available starting from the 12th of June and we would need someone who could sign on as the third person within the next couple of weeks in order to renew the lease.
