1 double bedroom in Dalston

Hello - Unfortunately one of our flat mates is moving out, therefore we have a room available in our 3 bedroom Dalston flat from the 1st March 2026.

The other two flat mates are Maddie (Australian) and myself Ashleigh (New Zealander). We are working professionals - accounting & teaching. We are looking for another female working professional & similar age to us (early 30s). The room comes furnished with a double bed, x1 set of drawers, bedside table and wardrobe - plus there is plenty of storage in the attic for suitcases etc, there is also a wall heater in the room. We share decent size bathroom and the kitchen & living is in one communal area.

The flat is in an amazing location, great for public transport and multiple cafes/restaurants near by. Dalston Junction & Dalston Kingsland are a 10min walk away and Canonbury & Highbury Islington station are also close by, as well as a number of bus stops right outside the apartment block.

Bills approx each per month - £882 rent, £61 council tax, £15 wifi, electricity/gas are paid monthly & water bill bimonthly - The total amount is calculated accordingly over the time frame. Anything else needed for the flat we put into a shared Split-wise account. TBC the deposit cost.

Overall Maddie and myself are super easy going, out and about often, clean & tidy and enjoy the space in our flat - as we both work full time we respect each others schedules and have a low key flat vibe but also love a local pub outing & use of the shared space etc 🙂
