Spacious Ensuite in Dalston - bills included

The room is very spacious and has it’s own bathroom. In fact, all of the rooms in the flat are ensuites, and not sharing walls with each other, so it’s super private! This particular room comes with it's own, huge storage area, which is very handy too.

The flat itself is quite modern and has everything you might need, fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, all that standard stuff. The living room is really cosy, it has a super comfy sofa, tv, desk and plenty of space. Windows on both sides, so it’s always bright too.

Location is really good, 5 min from both Dalston Kingsland and Dalston junction stations, giving you access to 2 overground lines. The house is on a very quiet street, but still just 1 minute away from crazy, busy Kingsland Highstreet with all the shops, bars, cafes and clubs 😁

What I love about the flat the most though, are my flatmates - honestly, Mathilde, Iolanda, Bryan and John are just the best - super kind, warm, respectful and fun people. If you’ve read enough spare-room ads, you’d seen the phrase “we enjoy occasional glass of wine” way too many times, but that’s actually us! 😂 It’s probably a little more than occasional, we do hang out together quite a lot and the vibe is very homy. But there’s no pressure either, everyone works different hours and often we just chill on our own.

That being said, you will only have a short bit of time to enjoy their company, because they're also planning to move out within a few months. You would of course be choosing new tenants as well, as you're the one who's going to live with them.


Unfortunately we can't rent to a couple due to our insurance policy.
