Double room by Dalston Junction

Looking for a fun but chilled person to replace my current flatmate in a two bed spacious flat with me and my gorgeous little dog in a quiet culdesac just behind Kingsland road about 5 mins walk to Dalston Junction station.

I’d love someone chilled and independent who has their own life but also wants to share dinner, watch a movie or grab a drink in one of the many bars and pubs in Dalston. I’m fairly quiet during the week, but like to go out some weekends, would be great to live with someone similar. I’ve lived in London previously but love to explore the city, bars, galleries, rnb brunch 🤣, concerts, Colombia flower market, salsa, all the cute squares and parks, cafes and love a night in too chatting, playing board games or watching Netflix. Also love to go swimming at London fields and attempt the gym so would be great if you were down to be my pool or gym buddy.

The flat is spacious enough with a living room and separate kitchen with dining table and the toilet and bathroom are also separate which works well. I rent the place but it’s our home and would want someone who’s looking for that kind of vibe too.

Obviously it’s really important that you love dogs, Oli loves everyone so he’ll want to spend time with you. Also would be looking for someone who mainly works out of the house as I work from home a few days a week.

The room is a decent size with a double bed with storage underneath and memory foam mattress, a bedside table, a half size fitted wardrobe, carpet, and a large window that lets in lots of light. There’s a communal garden that people use a lot and I’m pretty sure we can get you parking if you need it.

Move in date would be beginning of November.
