Double room by Dalston Junction availabl next week

Looking for someone for likely a short term let of between 1 and two months (other time frames considered) or even a mon to Fri let (price negotiable) before I myself move out (equally there could be the opportunity for you to take on the lease of the whole place after). Unfortunately my flatmate’s and my timelines have not quite coincided and so I’m looking for someone to join for a couple of months before I myself also give up the flat.

Looking for a nice and chilled person to replace my current flatmate in a two bed spacious flat with me (female, 37) and my gorgeous little dog in a quiet culdesac just behind Kingsland road about 5 mins walk to Dalston Junction station.

The flat is spacious enough with a living room and separate kitchen with dining table and the toilet and bathroom are also separate which works well.

The room is a decent size with a double bed with storage underneath and memory foam mattress, a bedside table, a half size fitted wardrobe, carpet, and a large window that lets in lots of light.

Move in date would be any time from next week. Whole situation is fairly flexible due to the nature of short term needed so if you think it might be for you then do get in touch and we can see what we can work out.
