Beautiful Double Room in Sunny Garden Flat

My flatmate is moving out so we have a big double bedroom available in our 2 bedroom flat. It is sharing with myself, Amy, I am a 31 year old female civil servant working in human rights policy and we are looking for another professional only. Sorry no students please. The flat is really wonderful and spacious and has a cute garden area where we can sit outside and work or have a bbq. Both the flat and room are really spacious with lots of natural light, and your room is upstairs so particularly warm! The room is furnished and you will have ample storage space with extra shelves and room for a desk. It also has an ensuite with toilet and shower. It's well located in Dalston next to Kingsland station and plenty of bus options. If you know the area it is very vibrant with everything you need right on your doorstep, and of course very trendy cafes, bars, restaurants and cool vintage shops! The landlord requires references and one month rent in advance as a deposit.

The room is available from 1st November and we will sign the contract from 1st. Bills are not included but usually come to just under £200 a month max.

Im very active and enjoy being healthy and playing sports. I am an artist and currently run life drawing classes at the cat and mutton pub on broadway market! I love to cook and am vegetarian, and spend time reading, painting, going to galleries/museums, socialising with friends, dancing, running, doing yoga...and just generally having fun around london!

I am looking for someone with a smiliar lifestyle that is going to be a friendly housemate. Maybe has similar interests, has an independent life but also loves to be sociable in the house, have a laugh, go to the pub, watch a netflix series or do some art!
