Hi,

We have a double bedroom near Dalston Junction Station for a full time let. Happy to consider medium term lease also willing to consider Monday to Friday (rent to be adjusted accordingly).

Sharing with an LGBT couple, this place is Ideally suited for a single professional. The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobe and desk for home working.

A shared kitchen is stocked with all you need to cook, and space is available to store food, etc.

We have a shared living space and balcony with Netflix, Amazon Prime and various other streaming services.

The flat also comes with a large balcony, roof terraces, concierge service and underground bicycle storage.

Living with a couple (although it really doesn't feel like it!) and a lovely toy poodle, this room suits professionals looking to set up camp in Dalston and enjoy all it has to offer.

About us:

Lewis: Works in the NHS, generally working 3-4 days per week from the office.
Patrick: Art dealer works in central London 5 days per week.

Generally, weeks are quiet where we get up early to walk the dog, go the gym or pool and then occasionally need to work evenings. Also might walk the dog and catch locals in the pub etc.

Weekends are a bit more sociable, and you can find us in the George, our local pub, or the various other pubs and bars Dalston offers.

It's rarely a party house, but it's not uncommon for us to have a few guests over at the weekend.

Please note move in date is flexible into December-January not currently confirmed what date current housemate is leaving (estimated as end of November).
