I’m looking for someone to replace my current flatmate in our lovely 2-bed, 1-bath flat in Dalston. You’ll be living with me only. I work hybrid (3 days from home, 2 days in the office) and usually work from my bedroom when at home, so the shared space is calm and quiet during the day.

About the flat:
The flat has a mellow, friendly, and tidy vibe – no parties, just a relaxed home where we respect each other’s space.
It was rented unfurnished, and I’m currently in the process of furnishing the living room (at the moment it’s quite minimal, but I’m happy to choose pieces together so we can make it feel homely).

We’re tucked away in a quiet residential street, just minutes from buzzing Kingsland Street. You’ll have fantastic transport links:

Dalston Junction & Dalston Kingsland Overground stations – 3-5 min walk

Multiple 24-hour bus routes – 15 min to Angel/Shoreditch, under 30 min to Liverpool Street

Huge range of shops within 5 min: Sainsbury’s, M&S Food, Aldi, Tesco, Co-op, Boots, Superdrug, Ridley Road fresh food market & more
