I'm taking some time out from London from October till the new year and looking to sublet my lovely little flat.

Located just off Kingsland Road, it's a ground floor flat in a mansion block with hardwood floors, sash windows and high ceilings throughout. Close to everything that both Dalston and Stokey offer, including the best pubs, parks, cinema and restaurants. A really nice spot to be in, whatever you're looking for.

I'm a writer so the flat is crammed with books you're welcome to read, and there's a dining table in the kitchen you can work from if you need to wfh. Fast wifi, big telly etc. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher and washer dryer.

I'm looking for someone who will respect the space and remember to water my plants every now and then.
