Single room in Dalston

Hi,

We're looking for someone to take up a spare room in our flat. The room can fit a small double bed, desk, chair, and a small closet. You'll share the communal bathroom with 1 flatmate.

The property comprises a comfy couch, 4K TV, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, dining table, washing machine, balcony, storage room., and bike storage. We hire a cleaner every two weeks and also clean up after ourselves so the flat is always clean and tidy. We're in council tax band D.

You'll be staying with two Kenyan guys. I'm a software engineer and my flatmate is a PhD student. I work from the office the majority of the time while my flatmate works half the time at Uni and half at home. We're both friendly and hospitable so we're always down to hang out in the living room or give each other some alone time.

We're considering both full-time and weekday-only tenants, with the latter paying reduced rent of course.
