Hi!
We have a lovely en suite room available in our flat from 1st June (could be earlier if needed). Room is furnished, minus the desk and white storage unit shown in pics.
Current flatmates are Jess (29) and Jake (26) - we’re both always down for a chat, a chilled TV night or trip to the pub, but also often out doing our own thing seeing friends, at the gym, etc. We’re looking for someone who wants a similar balance of a friendly flat but with our own things going on too. LGBT friendly is a must!
Jess works in advertising, originally from London but loves exploring East. Likes vintage shopping, gigs, trying new cafes and restaurants in the area, but also chilled nights in cooking, watching TV etc. Jake is an Aussie physio, likes playing hockey, exploring East/London more generally, trying new food spots. We both love a walk to Broadway market, a trip to a gallery or the pub!
Some more details on the flat - we have a small balcony (which we want to do up a bit for summer!) and also a massive roof area in the building. There’s a 24 hour concierge which is ideal for parcels. We’re 5 mins walk to Dalston Junction, 7 mins to Kingsland, 10/15 min walk to London Fields. We're looking for someone who helps keep the flat clean and tidy.
Our contract is just renewing so only considering those who are looking to stay longer term (at least the 1 year contract) and build a nice friendly flat :)
