Looking for new member of flat family

Hi we're Luke and Dmitri, two friends who've been living together in Dalston, sadly Al is moving back home to Australia, so we'd love to welcome a new person or couple to the flat.

Dimitri (he/him), 31, PhD student in architecture. I am a researcher with keen interests in human rights and migration. I am usually found cooking, walking, and at the gym. I am queer.

I'm Luke (33) a charity worker, fairly sporty person, try to see live music as much as I can :)

Dalston has got so much to offer as an area with loads of great pubs, places to eat, a vibrant food market, a great spectrum of shops just on our doorstep, impressive transport links and is somewhere that is just great to live!

Bills are approx £110 a month, that covers council tax, water, electric, internet and usually leaves us with a bit of a surplus that can carry over our bills through the colder months. This is included in the overall price. Tenancy will officially start on the 4th October, but Al can be a bit flexible on this, so if that helps you at all do let us know!
