Hi everyone! Am looking for a lovely girl to join me in my two bedroom flat in Dalston.

The flat is located in the heart of Dalston Lane; close to Hackney Downs and Hackney Central Stations, and a 10 minute walk from both Hackney Downs and London Fields Park.

It’s a beautiful top floor flat with a lot of natural light all day long. Our bathroom is tiled and modern complete with a large bathtub and shower. There’s a washing machine in the kitchen, fast reliable internet, and central heating (everything is in great shape and working well)! The building is grade listed and has recently undergone a full restoration which means that, not only it’s a beautiful historical Georgian home, we also have a large, protected, private garden out the back. Perfect for sunbathing, picnics and reading now that we’re approaching summer :) The living room and kitchen come fully furnished and the bedroom would come with a mattress and two chest of drawers so you can make it your own. Previous flatmate may be interested in selling some of her furniture so it’s also something that can be discussed if you wish. Ideally am looking for someone who doesn’t have a lot of furniture as the flat is already furnished.

It’s a two bedroom flat so you’d only be sharing it with me and a little tuxedo cat :) I’m a photographer and designer in my early thirties working predominantly in the music industry and mostly from home. Am looking for another gal to join me (preferably 25+ so we can be at a similar wavelength). Someone quiet, tidy and respectful so we can keep the space peaceful and homey. I’ve lived here for 5 years now and it’s the favourite place I’ve lived in London so far.

I also have a little girl cat named Halloumi who is very sweet, social and well trained. So hopefully that’s okay with you.
