The current tenants are four lovely young female professionals aged 26-29. We are looking for a new roommate from 23 January. There is the potential to move slightly earlier, and the rent is minimum 1-2 months with potential to extend longer.
The house is in the heart of Stokey on a beautiful road, which is very safe and has delicious food nearby. The lovely Church Street is just 10 minutes away, with Clissold Park and Hackney Marshes close by.
The price is not inclusive of bills (water, electricity, council tax, WiFi). These are around an additional £100-£120pcm. The house is Council tax Band F.
