Hi all,
I unfortunately have to move back home for Summer, so I’m looking for someone to fill my bedroom until the tenancy ends on 24-September.
The flat is on the ground floor of a beautiful new build in Dalston / Stoke Newington.
About my wonderful roommates:
Kat is 25, originally from Czechia. She works as both a gaffer and a filmmaker. She enjoys vegan cooking, watching movies and making cocktails.
Amy is 40, originally from Essex. She works as a creative lead at an ad agency. She loves her music, gorgeous Maltese x Poodle Bexley, and a good laugh.
The room available is on the first floor and the rest of the flat is on the ground floor. This means the room has some of the best light in the property. There’s a pull out wardrobe and an en-suite / wet room.
The first two pictures are how I currently have it set up - apologies for the moody lighting. The following two are from the original marketing material of the building. Wet room and pull out wardrobe aren’t visible in these pictures.
Rent is £1,180 pm (excluding bills: electricity, water and council tax - no gas) bills average around £100 a month
Deposit: £550
We’re looking for a friendly individual who’s creative (or at least appreciates creativity). We also take pride in keeping the flat tidy - it’s a beautiful home and like to keep it that way.
