I’m listing this room because I'm moving closer to work. I'm leaving behind a double room within a 3-bed with 2 fun, kind flatmates. We've love the apartment and have been living here for about 3 years now. Sad times to be moving out.

* A living space so lit, with high ceilings and vibes that just won't quit (I’m sorry)
* A kitchen with a new dishwasher, washing machine, as well as toaster, microwaves, rice cooker etc
* Kudos to the building managers for their stellar upkeep, there's a concierge to accept your deliveries and answer any qs

The Area:
* The street is a quiet hideaway in Dalston's lively heart
* But steps away from the mix of coffee havens, eateries, bars, clubs, and boutiques that Dalston’s known for
* Essentials sorted with a giant Sainsbury’s a mere 2-minute stroll away
* London Fields (and Lido) is also a short jog away

On the Move:
* Zip over to Dalston Junction (4 min walk) or Kingsland overground station (6 min walk)
* All key bus routes also stop a walk away
* There are always a ton of Lime bikes around if that’s your jam

Your Tribe:
* You’ll live with Pete (30) and Matt (21), a duo of healthtech professionals who work together. They are both clean, respect personal space and, when they aren’t working late in the office, love cooking a tasty meal - and are damn great at it!

The Deal:
* Rent is set at a neat 1395 GBP monthly, all-inclusive (yep, council tax, utilities, and wifi)
* A month’s rent secures your deposit

The apartment will be available to move in from Sunday 10th July 2024.

The current lease runs till July 2025 and you can renew the place with Matt and Pete if you choose.
