Hey guys I am looking to sublet my room while I spend some time in Nice France.

I am looking for someone very respectful to take over my room on a short term basis. The landlady is a lovely lady and very easy to deal with. This room is perfect for someone looking for an informal tenancy and open to negotiation on the length of stay.

- There is one flatmate living in the house and he is only here once or twice a week so the flat will pretty much be a solo occupancy.

- The room is located very centrally (15 -20 min train ride into Soho, 10 min into the City of London)

- 5 min walk to Dalston Junction and Haggerston station

- 5 min walk from London Fields (beautiful park) and from Central Dalston. There are lots of lovely pubs, clubs, and restaurants around the area.

- The room comes fully furnished with a king sized bed, T. V with Netflix subscription, 3 big wardrobes.

- Plates, cutlery, and all the cooking equipment you will require will be provided during the stay.
