Large double room to rent in large 3 story Victorian house with large garden in Dalston E8.
The room is a large double room with high ceilings and has a double glazed wooden sash overlooking the garden. There is a bathroom located next to the room. There is 2 bathrooms in the house and we use the one on the top floor.
This is a family house where I live with 2 children aged 18 and 7 so the property would be most suitable for someone who is comfortable with this and isn’t looking for a party house.
We have a beautiful bengal cat so the room wouldn’t be suitable for anyone that has cat allergy. .
We have 2 bathrooms, one which is located directly next to the room. There is a large kitchen with 6 seater table and a huge garden.
The price is £215 per week and this includes all utility bills, council tax, internet and tv licence. I require a deposit (equivalent to 4 weeks rent) and then a week in advance - paid weekly from the day you move in, or monthly - you can choose what works best for you.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed (which has 6 drawers below), wardrobe, 2 shelving units, small table and chair, armchair and 2 chests of drawers.
