- Big living room with dining table and chairs, two couches, and TV
- Small balcony off the living room.
- Kitchen separate from living room.
- Toilet and bathroom in separate rooms
- Lovely garden out the back
- All the usual appliances: Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, gas hobs, fridge, freezer, high-speed wifi.

The location 🌳
- 5 min walk to Hackney Downs park
- Transport: 5 min walk to Rectory Road overground (takes you to Liverpool Street). Plenty of bus options on the main road and 15 min walk from Dalston overgrounds.
- East London: easy access to a bunch of great east London locations (Dalston, Stoke-Newington, Shoreditch, etc..)

Admin ✍️
- Bills are not included, but usually come to around £50 per month.

Flatmates 👋
- You would be sharing with Louis (26 yrs) a PhD student in Chemistry, and Daniel (26 yrs) a PhD student in AI
- Usually they are busy with their studies etc, but are always very friendly, considerate, and tidy in the flat!
- We go bouldering together as a flat from time-to-time if that interests you.
