Double bedroom in Dalston

Hello! With a heavy heart I need to let go of my lovely room in a 6-bed shared house here in Dalston. It’s split over 5 floors with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, lounge (which we call the cinema room because it has a projector and cinema screen) and a garden.

You’d be sharing the flat with 2 girls and 3 guys. We all get on super well, so the right candidate for the room ideally is a kind and sociable person in order to maintain the good vibes and the close friendships in the house.

The room available is on the 2nd landing. It faces the back garden and gets plenty of light. It comes furnished with a chest, wardrobe and double bed with lots of space under it for storage.

The location is incredible, as Dalston Kingsland station is a 5 minute walk away. Kingsland Highstreet is a 2 minute walk.

Rent is £850 with all bills included (gas, electricity, council tax and wifi). We also have a bi-weekly professional cleaner, which is also included.

I am looking for someone to move in on the 20th of June.
