En-suite double room in upmarket modern flat in Dalston only five minutes walk from Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations.
We have lived in the flat very happily for 3 years and are looking for a replacement flat mate for one of us who is moving to a new home.
We’re easy going and considerate professionals working in central London and are looking for a like minded young professional to move in on 21 July 2024 (just to note this is a fixed move in date).
The term is a one year tenancy (which can be extended on an annual basis in consultation with the landlord). Just to note there is a fixed start date of 21 July 2024.
We are aiming to group individual viewings to certain days. If you are interested in enquiring, please could you send us a brief note about you / your circumstances and a range of dates you would be available to view the flat and we’ll get back to you.
The flat itself if a fully furnished three bedroom (the bedroom for let being en-suite) light and airy property with a spacious kitchen/living room and large south facing balcony (for those warm summer evenings!). It is in excellent condition.
The en-suite room for let has a large floor to ceiling window, a built in wardrobe and space for a desk. The furnishings include two bedside tables and lamps. The bathroom has a large shower, toilet and sink.
The flat is located in the Dalston Works development which has 24 hours concierge/security and secure underground bike storage. Only a 10 minute walk away is London fields and there are shops and restaurants within 2 minute walk.
If you have any questions about Dalston Works they have a website where you can find information about living here. Grateful if you could please not contact Dalston Works as we are arranging privately and will contact them to sort formalities once we have found a new flatmate.
