It’s a great flat with lots of space, good storage and a balcony. We do have scaffolding around us currently but it is due to come down in October.
We are still confirming the rent price for the new lease so we are asking a flat rate of £2300 inclusive of bills until July 11. Happy to share more details! No deposit required until July.
