Cosy room in Dalston/Haggerston available now.

Between Haggerston (4–5 min walk) and Dalston Junction (8–10 min walk), the place is located quite nicely with local shops, coffees, bars, pubs, and restaurants at a very short distance.

The House

The house is quite chill and can become a home quite quickly, though it isn’t particularly new and it has its quirks, so a good amount of ‘being chill about stuff’ would be good to live in here. We have a living room to hang-out in, a shared kitchen and a toilet on the same floor, and the bedrooms are upstairs.

The Room

The available room is quite cosy, so it would suit someone with not a crazy amount of stuff, though it has a double bed with space under it, an in-wall space to hang clothes or store other bits, and a chest of drawers.

Bills

The bills vary depending on how much we use. They're about £50–£60 when the weather is hot, and about £150–£200 when it's cold — split between who'll be living in here (so about £20–£80 each per month to be safe).

Current Occupants

The current occupants are myself, Graphic Designer working out of the house Mon-Fri, and a house cat (see pics). Someone else will also be joining us in August/September, so there will be me, you, and someone else, plus a cat.

Availability

The room is available now, ideally for someone who'd like to move in ASAP, though we're willing to wait a bit for the right match.
