Description

Hello! My lovely flatmate is moving out of London so I'm looking for someone to take over her room.

*Women preferred, no couples, no students*

THE ROOM
It‘s a large double bedroom with your own little balcony, your own large bathroom (in the hallway) and built-in wardrobes. It‘s big enough to fit a desk in if you like to work from home. The bathroom has a bath/shower with a water filter and good water pressure.

THE FLAT
It‘s a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom flat with a big balcony. It‘s on the third floor of a new build. The flat is super lovely and spacious. Lots and lots of storage in the hallway too. Good sized living room with lots of plants and a comfy couch. The kitchen is very modern and also has a washing machine (washer/dryer) a and dish washer.
The flat is about a 5 minute walk from Dalston Junction and a 5 minute walk to London Fields. So a really great location for transport links as well as green spaces.

BILLS + DATES
Rent: £1300 + bills (which come out around £220-ish per pereson).
Move in date: April 1st

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR
I'm looking for a female flatmate who is a professional and is respectful, clean, communicative and compassionate. Heavy emphasis on the clean, as we currently take a lot of care in keeping things clean and tidy. For example, we leave the kitchen cleaner than we found it, and always empty the dishwasher whenever its done. I'm also looking for someone ideally with a similar lifestyle/schedule , i. e., working weekdays 9am–5/6pm. I'm an early riser so if you are a fellow morning person, even better! I am also intending to stay in the flat for the long-term – will not be moving out for the next year – so ideally that's the case for you too. Lastly, I'm looking for someone who is down for a little chat / occasional hang but also likes their own down time and sees the flat as a place to unwind and chill. Basically, a mix of light socialising and respecting each other's space.

WHO YOU'LL BE LIVING WITH
I'm Rachel, born and raised in Hong Kong but have been in London for 12 years. I'm a freelance brand strategist, and usually split the week 2-3 days working from home + 2-3 days working in a cafe / co-working space. Like I mentioned, I'm a big morning person so normally awake at around 6/7am to work out and start winding down around 9/10pm. I love natural wine and small plates (classic Hackney stereotype, I know), art, fashion, the occasional rave and bouldering.

Let me know if you‘re interested and we can arrange a viewing :)
