From mid-August, we have a large double room available in our three bedroom ground floor flat in foxy Dalston ! The room comes semi-furnished: you will be provided with a bed, and the room is big enough to be furnished with a desk, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe (which are not included). Monthly price for the rent is £1,200 pcm (excluding bills) with 5 weeks deposit required. The landlord will also be running the relevant credit and reference checks.

The flat has a very spacious kitchen-cum-living room, which opens out onto a private south-facing garden - perfect for sunset drinks against the delightful backdrop of Kingsland High Street ! There is also one modern bathroom with a bath/shower, and ample storage space.

The flat is conveniently located within 5 mins to Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction Overground stations, plus local bus routes, and being in the heart of Dalston we are a stones throw from lots of great restaurants, cafes and clubs.

You will be sharing with Craig (doctor) and Grant (lawyer). We are friends from Scotland and relocated to London in 2021. We moved into our lovely Dalston home in August 2023. Craig can be found in the kitchen cooking nutritious and delicious meals, and Grant can be found eating them. We both go to the gym and enjoy spending an evening at the Rio cinema, and we regularly play host to a book club. At weekends, we love a night out at London’s finest LGBT+ establishments - hard not to with Dalston Superstore and the Divine 30 seconds away from our doorstep…

We are ideally looking for someone with similar interests to the above, who is happy to do cute flat things together but also respects quiet doom-scrolling time on the couch.
