THE ROOM:

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, closet, bedside table and desk. There is a skylight, which means that you get lots of natural light, even in the winter. You will also have your own bathroom (downstairs) – with a bath!

On the second floor are the three bedrooms, and on the first floor, the two bathrooms and a very large, beautiful open plan kitchen / living room with wooden floors. The kitchen has a washing machine and dish washer. The fact that the flat is laid out over two floors means it is quiet upstairs.

Currently, two guys (Marlon and Aidan) are living here, who are really respectful and welcoming.

We are looking for someone who is 27-35, with a secure income. Non- smoker, happy with someone who WFH

THE AREA:

The neighborhood is great - everything you need is on Kingsland Road (Tesco, Sainsburys, Boots, Off-licences, Dalston Shopping Centre etc) as well as a local farmer's market just up the road on Saturdays, and Ridley Road market which is on every day except Sundays. Dalston has about a million shops/bars/restaurants/pubs/ca fes that begin basically 1 minute from the flat. (Plus many great Turkish restaurants!)

The flat is really well connected - the bus stop is literally outside our door (76, 67, 243 ,149) and takes you central in 30-40 mins. Alternatively there is Dalston Kingsland which is a 7 min walk away, where you can hop on the overground just one stop to Highbury and Islington and take the Victoria Line.

We are also a 10 minute walk from Stoke Newington, with Church Street’s shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs,…as well as the very beautiful Abney Park Cemetery! Clissold Park and Hackney Downs are also both about a 15 min walk away.
